Warm up this winter with another evening of exceptional local craft beer, delicious food, and great company at the Ilam Homestead.
We're excited to invite you to our next Winter Beer Tasting featuring No.19 Brewing on Tuesday 25 August 2026, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
The evening will be presented by Alun Davies and Craig Monkman, owners and brewers of No.19 Brewing. Passionate about creating handcrafted beers with character, Alun and Craig will guide you through a tasting of their outstanding range while sharing the story behind Christchurch's newest independent craft brewery, their brewing philosophy, and what inspires each of their beers.
Whether you're an experienced craft beer enthusiast or simply curious to discover something new, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet the brewers and enjoy some of Canterbury's finest independent beers.
Your ticket includes:
- A guided tasting presented by Alun Davies and Craig Monkman
- Samples of a selection of No.19 Brewing beers
- A light supper
Following the tasting, the bar will remain open, so you're welcome to stay, enjoy another drink by the fire, and catch up with fellow members and friends.

- UCC Members: $25 per person
